A familiar presence, made in wool

Each figurine is needle-felted from natural Australian merino wool to reflect your pet’s posture, expression, coat colors and distinctive markings. Your main reference photo guides the pose and expression; three additional photos help us understand the details from other angles.

Four photos, one personal keepsake

Choose one main photo showing the pose and expression you want. Keep the whole body, face, ears, paws and tail visible where possible.
Upload three additional photos of the same pet. A clear face view, a side view and a back or markings detail are helpful.
Use sharp, well-lit photos without filters. Add optional notes about markings or features you would like us to notice.
Review all four photos and your selected size before adding to your bag.

Choose their size

Available in 5 inch (12 cm), 6 inch (15 cm), 8 inch (20 cm), 10 inch (25 cm) and 14 inch (35 cm) sizes. Size is measured along the longest part of the body, rather than standing height. Measurements are approximate; the final proportions follow your pet’s pose.

The character of handmade work

Wool has its own soft texture, so the finished piece is an artistic likeness rather than an exact replica. Coat sheen and colors can differ from a photograph. Smaller figurines have less room for fine detail.

Made with time and care

Production takes 20–30 days. We accept only 20 custom orders each month, giving each portrait the time and attention it needs. Delivery takes 3–6 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to the making time above. We process your order within 24 hours; this does not shorten the 20–30 day making period. Care for your keepsake

Display indoors in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Handle gently and avoid washing, rubbing or pulling the fibers. This delicate display piece is not a toy; keep it out of reach of children and pets.
